  An easy dish for everyone who is looking for a healthy and vegetarian recipe for lunch / dinner. This low-carb vegetarian dish is a great way to get the daily nutrition required for the body. You can use this vegan pie to make a burger or sandwich. The dish uses some of the healthiest ingredients such as broccoli, green beans, brown rice, Masur and vegetable stock, along with walnuts, dried tomatoes and some spices.  Ingredients

 • 3/4 cup edamame beans

 • 3/4 broccoli

 • 3/4 cup green beans

 • A quarter cup, 1 and 1/2 tsp brown basmati rice

 • 1/4 cup, 1 and 1/2 tsp walled d

 • 4 and 1/2 cups vegetable broth

 • 1 and 1/2 tsp ground cumin

 • 3 teaspoons of miso

 • 4 and 1/2 dried tomatoes

 • 1 and 1/2 onions

 • 1 and 1/2 tsp coriander powder

 • 1 and 1/2 bay leaf

 • A quarter cup and 1 and 1/2 teaspoons of walnuts

 • 3 teaspoons of soy sauce

 • 3 teaspoons dietary yeast

 • 4 and 1/2 cloves of garlic

 • 2 and 1/4 tablespoons of breadcrumbs

 * Salt as needed

 • 1/4 cup and 1 and 1/2 teaspoons extra virgin olive oil

 • 1 and 1/2 inch of ginger

 • 1 and 1/2 teaspoons lemon juice




 Step 1/7 roast brown rice and cook with vegetable stock

Put the oil in a frying pan and cook the brown rice until it smells of roasting. 

 Now add 1/2 cup of vegetable broth so that the rice is cooked, but not too soft. Because you use roasted rice, you only need a little water .

 Step 2/7 cooking 

 Using another pan, heat the oil and add the masur dal or brown lentils with bay leaf and the rest of the vegetable stock and cook until soft.

 Step 3/7 fry the onion and grind the walnuts

 Fry the chopped onion in a pan using a little oil. After that, grind the walnuts to get a smooth and tender dough.

 Step 4/7 prepare the mixture for a vegetarian patty

 Finally, we take a large bowl and add cooked rice, lentils, chopped and fried onions, cumin powder, dried tomatoes, soybeans, nutritional yeast, garlic, salt, mix by hand.

 Step 5/7 make a vegetarian patty dish

 Take a little batter and make a pie with your hands. You can put it in the air fryer with a little oil on it. You can also cook it in your own pan. Serve on a layer of arugula leaves.

 Step 6/7 fry all the vegetables

 Now, put a frying pan on medium heat and add some oil in it. Fry the chopped edamame for a few minutes and sprinkle a little salt in it. Then, in the same pan, add broccoli and fry with crushed garlic. Remove it as soon as you're done. Then, finally, add the green beans and fry for 3-4 minutes. As soon as the beans are cooked, add some ginger powder and lemon juice to them and stir well.

 Step 7/7 preparing the dish

 Now, make a layer of arugula leaves and spread all the fried vegetables side by side. Then, add the vegan pancake and enjoy.
