Ingredients 

1 dudhi

1 tsp salt

70g gram flour

1 tsp garam masala

½ tsp turmeric

1 tsp ground cumin

1 tsp ground coriander

1 green bean stew, finely slashed

4 tbsp coriander, finely slashed

How to prepare 

• Strip and mesh the dudhi, then blend in with 1 tsp of salt. Leave for 15 minutes.

• Utilizing your hands, extract the water from the dudhi and dispose of the water. This will assist each waste with keeping intact.

• Add all flavors, chillies and coriander to the dudhi alongside the gram flour and cornflour. Blend well to shape a coarse hitter.
