 Ingredients

2 cups of either soy or almond milk. 

2 teaspoons Sugar, taste-adjust as necessary. 

2 teaspoons of coffee-instant powder. 

 

 Note:

 1. Pour a cup of soy milk into two coffee mugs, stir in sugar, and heat on full power for one minute to make vegan instant coffee in the microwave. 

 2. Take it out of the microwave, stir in the instant coffee powder, and then serve after it has completely dissolved

 2. Soy or almond milk and sugar should be heated in a saucepan over a medium flame until the milk is hot and the sugar has completely dissolved.
