Cereals with Vegetables
For 4 people / Preparation: 8 min / Cooking: 25 min
Ingredients
100g bulgur
100g of millet
500g green beans (here frozen)
2 onions
2 cloves garlic
300ml vegetable stock
2 cans of crushed tomatoes (about 500g)
1 pinch of ground coriander
A few mint leaves
Olive oil
Salt and pepper

How to prepare
1 Peel and chop the onions and garlic cloves. Brown them in a little hot olive oil in a large skillet or saucepan. Add the pre-washed bulgur and millet and continue cooking over high heat for a few seconds, stirring.
2 Pour in the vegetable broth and the crushed tomatoes. Season with coriander, salt and pepper. Bring to the boil and simmer over low heat for about 20 minutes, until all the liquid has been absorbed. Add the green beans about 10 minutes before the end of cooking. Serve hot, sprinkled with mint leaves.
